Where will the balloons be displayed?

Primarily on the downtown Helena Walking Mall, with some balloons indoors at various locations.  Our event map will be available prior to the event.

How long will the balloons be on display?

Balloons on the Walking Mall will be on display Friday, October 20th-Sunday, October 22nd.  Yes, some balloons may pop, but based upon previous events, the balloons can reasonably be expected to remain in good condition for the weekend. Indoor displays will be built beginning October 10th and will be on display for several weeks at the discretion of the hosts.

Who will be building the balloon sculptures?

Helena based balloon company Sauter Balloons will be designing the sculptures and donating their time to build the displays with the help of volunteers.  You can sign up to VOLUNTEER if you'd like to help.

How will fundraising work for this event?

You can DONATE to the non-profit organization of your choice through the United Way Donor Perfect Page.  Or purchase RAFFLE tickets at the event, and deposit them in front of the non-profit organization of your choice to donate 100% of your raffle ticket sale to that organization.

How long will the balloons last?

The balloons will be on display for 3 days. Though balloons displayed outdoors will look best earlier in the event.

What happens to the balloons at the end?

We're going to pop them in a giant balloon popping party on Sunday evening.
